Shipping

We ship all orders via FedEx 2 Day Shipping Monday thru Friday.  Shipping is $8.95. There are options for FedEx Overnight, or FedEx Overnight for Saturday delivery.   Overnight Saturday delivery is for orders placed on Friday, wished to be delivered on Saturday.  Orders placed on Friday with FedEx Overnight delivery chosen will be delivered on Monday.  Orders placed Friday with 2- delivery chosen will be delivered on Tuesday.  FedEx does not deliver on Sunday.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our product! If for any reason you decide that the protective suit is not the right solution for your dog, you may return it within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price.  If the suit is not fitting properly - call us! We will send you a new suit after we get better measurements of your dog.  Failure is not an option!
